At Camber, regenerative and orthobiologic care is a shared team offering, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Our clinicians work together to discuss appropriate options, their evidence, benefits, risks, and limitations. Procedures are performed by the appropriate clinician according to their training, clinical privileges, and scope of practice.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

Discuss the evidence, potential benefits, risks and alternatives with your care team.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) — a preparation made from a sample of your own blood by concentrating the platelets.

The care team will explain the setting, preparation and recovery for any procedure being considered.

Bring your questions about potential benefits, limitations and alternatives to your consultation.

Where Regenerative Therapies Fit

Regenerative and orthobiologic care is one of four areas of joint care. These are areas of care, not steps every patient must complete. Recommendations depend on your diagnosis, symptoms, prior treatment, overall health, and goals. Surgical evaluation may be appropriate without trying every nonsurgical option first.

Before your consultation: let the clinician know which treatments you have already tried.

At your consultation: discuss the evidence, potential benefits, risks and alternatives for any treatment being considered.

Your care team may discuss other approaches, including interventional procedures or surgery, when appropriate. You do not need to try every area of care before considering another option.

Camber’s model brings different approaches to joint care together. The appropriate clinician, procedure location and follow-up plan are discussed during consultation.

Why this matters

Camber brings regenerative and orthobiologic therapies, image-guided interventions, and orthopedic surgical expertise together within one team. This allows patients to consider a broader range of options and receive recommendations based on their condition, goals, and stage of joint disease.

Your Care Team

Aaron Frodsham, MD, Bruce G. Evans, MD, and Gibran Borja, PA-C, contribute their complementary expertise to regenerative care. Gibran provides evaluation, nonsurgical management, and selected joint and spine injections within his clinical privileges and scope of practice, in collaboration with his supervising/collaborating physicians. The team coordinates additional procedures with the appropriate specialist.

Image-guided precision and physician oversight are the point: these are medical procedures delivered in a clinical setting, not a wellness add-on.

Could Regenerative Therapy Be Right for You?

A consultation is needed to discuss whether regenerative treatment is appropriate for you.

The only way to get a real answer is an evaluation. We’ll review your situation and tell you honestly whether regenerative therapy makes sense — including if a different step would serve you better.
